Pastor and Staff

Dr. Timothy Parrish has been the pastor of the First Baptist Church of Warren since July 4th, 1969. Pastor Parrish has faithfully served his church and community for over 46 years to date. Dr. Parrish holds a Doctorate degree in Divinity from Ecorse Baptist College, located in Ecorse, Michigan.

Mr. Jason Hamilton currently serves as the Assistant Pastor at FBCW. Jason holds an associate degree in Religious Education from Midwestern Baptist College, and is currently pursuing a bachelor at the same institution. At First Baptist, Jason also serves as songleader and sings bass in choir.

Mr. Aaron Buczek serves as the Director of Music Education and Choral Activities at FBCW. Aaron holds a bachelor's degree in Music Performance from Western Michigan University, and is currently pursuing a double master's degree in Music Performance and Chamber Music at U of M. At FBCW, Aaron directs the choral ensembles, writes arrangments, and plays a variety of instruments during our services.

Mrs. Diana Hamilton serves as the Director of Music at First Baptist. Mrs. Hamilton creates the schedules for weekly services, and provides the accompaniment for our vocal ensembles. Mrs. Hamilton, along with her husband Ray Hamilton (Usher), have served the First Baptist of Warren since 2002.
